Some members are using email notification when a PM (personal message) is received. Please note that you SHOULD NOT directly reply to a PM via email, because the receiver will NOT receive it. The correct method is to log in to your account at putraheights.com to respond to the PM.

This is also mentioned in the email notification which looks like the following:

You have just been sent a personal message by <user name> on PutraHeights.com Community.

IMPORTANT: Remember, this is just a notification. Please do not reply to this email.
