Section 8, not sure of Section 2 since the Chinese School is up. I don't think you cant find RM400K house in Section 1, 3, 6, 7, 9 & 10.

I guess so since a neighbor of a friend of mine sold his bare unit last year at 436k,some more directly facing west.

* 2 ( Endlot unit @ RM365,900 )
- Land area : 18' x 82'
- Built-up : 18' x 45'
* 1 ( Corner unit @ RM470,000 )
- Land area : 21' x 83'
- Built-up : 18' x 45'
* 1 ( Corner unit @ RM550,000 )
- Land area : 28' x 80'
- Built-up : 18' x 45'The 1 in Section 8 is still considered CHEAPisn't it ? guess Section 8 20' x 70' min.built up shall be around 1200sq.ft + freehold ? |

Min built up for the Sec 3 20x70 I think is around 1300sft. I saw in the Classifieds the 24x75 in PH is asking RM500K & above!

Section 3 with 20x70 ? I thought 20x70 only available in Section 8(Richmond & Shakespeare Terrace) & 10(Ebony & Mahogany) ? |
