my hse also dont belong to me...belong to the bank....  Eh but if the bank collapses, it doesn't give the bank creditors the right to take your house, does it? |

I believes we should not over extended ourselves with debt, honestly.
If we cannot afford it, just don't buy it, or else you end up being slave of the bank for life.

Anyway, my believe is that we should not over extended ourselves in spending future money.
I am not against taking bank loan. If you can take bank loan to generate more info, like taking a loan to buy a property to generate rental income, I would call this a good debt.
Bad debt is when your debt become a liability to you.
