Market price for house in PH

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and currently thinking to buy my first house in PH..few of my friends stays here and I find that the area is quite pleasant..

I'm eyeing a house in Section 9 namely Noble House..may I know the current price range as I know they have several type of design ( Type A,B,C,D ) and I don't have any idea on the current market price in PH..

i was driving around the area u mentioned and saw 2 units for sale.

one is facing the field and is quite nice but house is facing west, might get abit hot

drive around and check with a few agents...even if they don't have noble...they might have others that might interest u..
