I'm interest in the Sec 10 pearl and Ivory design, can anyone tell me whether  u know any owner wants to sell theirs? Also, can some one tell me at what budgetory price I shall looking atto buy for an intermiddle unit in this area? Thanks.

Back to year 2006 when i was looking for the house Ivory, that time just handed the key to owner it was asking for RM310 for the type A, 4 years down the road now, i am not sure what is the pricing...But indeed, you make a good choice on Ivory as i like the design very much that time
