So far the dai chau in PP is disappointing. For a decent and reasonably priced food I rather drive abit to USJ17 or somewhere around there...

yeah...agree, wish the tai-chow choices in PH could be better...  Personally, our family prefers SS19's Restaurant Park Way but it's quite a distance away after we shifted to PH.  Their kongfu chau is "geng"... hmm, think will go tonight Smiley

sometimes I do have the feeling that these restaurants wld serve any kind of food with no quality & expect the PH ppl to buy thinking that we do not have much choices but they failed to realise that ppl now going for cleaner & quality food no matter how far it is...

i like prestige for breakfast/lunch. the food is decent and ok. as for SYF, I assume thats the other shop on the corner. I had a couple of bad experiences there. wan tan mee that taste starchy because they dont cook the mee properly, poor service from the pan mee lady, poor service overall and food so so only. i even tried the steamboat there as I am always open to support local economy. if we dont help these restaurants survive, we cant stir up the rest of the shoplots here in PH. but if the service and food is not up to par, as someone mention earlier in the forum - we would rather drive to USJ, Subang and even Bandar Puteri for makan. Bandar puteri has so many new shops and I love going there. Even though there is a toll, but its worth the trip. I do hope the economy picks up in PH and more decent shops opens up. Roll Eyes

Shadow23,
I'm not the owner of SYF.

For me, SYF food are good. At least better than the other 'end'.
Owner with good manners and attitude too. Also better than the other 'end'.

And the other thing is,
I knew that they are suffering to keep their business moving on for quite some time and may not hold any longer.
So with sympathy, I recommend them to others.
Too bad, they were still ended up their business. Sad

Cheers!

Hi bro.. I'm sorry to hear that SYF has to go.. the thing is the business in Putra Point is very slow.. I do not know why. Even banks stop coming in because there is not much business around that can support the banks. Anyway business is very straight forward, if u don't do good, ppl dun support, u can close shop and say goodbye..

Jack, to be honest with you, I don't eat at Prestige anymore.. that one time already give me a very bad impression. Now I cook maggi mee or makan at USJ area's. Malas want to layan eateries at Putra Point edi.  Roll Eyes
