translated from the SinChew website,
it says that the whole PH areas will be fully developed by 2016 expecting 60k residents with 11k houses + shops
sounded good...

Great news! I tried to enter this morning, but it was not open yet. I think they were in preparation to have some kind of opening ceremony.

Travel to Damansara such a breeze from Laman Putra.. Thank God it FINALLY opened. I'm elated and relieved. The RM 0.60 extra toll is worth it.

Tried using the new exit. It is indeed a smooth ride avoiding the jam we used to had last time to get out from USJ exit.
The price gave me a surprise increase of RM 0.70 (I travel to Kota Damansara). I guess the jam is worth RM 0.70... Oh well...

60sen increase to Damansara is quite a bit I think (RM3.50). Some (if not most) may opt to use USJ exit instead when there's no jam. However the reduced price going south is good if you work in Cyber/Putrajaya.

it's all about the distance being calculated more expensive if u r going to the North than going to the South (Cyberjaya) but i'm glad it's opened now hopefully it will draw more ppl to open their businesses at PP later

hmm...a bit strange...PLUS is supposed to revise the current pricing per KM to RM14.96 from the existing RM13.xx...
if based on current pricing, the actual distance between USJ to PH interchange is about 4-4.5KM...which, I haven't tested thus far..

Government has not given greenlight for this increase. Check out the current rate/km below.
